Commercial gyms make their money based
on the number of clients they have, and
the turnover of those clients. The more
membership sales they can make, the greater
their profit. This means that their members
simply become numbers.
But Flames is different.
We focus on helping members achieve results.
Through tailored training programs, carefully
monitored training sessions and motivational
techniques our members keep coming back.
Affordable personal training
At Flames our personal fitness training
is a cross between one-on-one personal
training and a regular gym (where you
are left to your own devices).
We provide one trainer for every five
members in the gym, but your workout session
is not with a group. Instead the trainer
works with you according to your personal
program while supervising your technique
and monitoring your progress. While you
are resting between stations and/or sets,
the trainer can work with others.
This approach gives you all the benefits
of a personal trainer but for a fraction
of the cost.

Amateur boxing
Proprietor Quinten Brown is a registered
boxing coach. Training sessions are run
at Flames Fitness centres. Find

Convenient locations and opening hours
We have three gyms conveniently located
in North Lyneham, Calwell and Phillip.
There is plenty of parking and the parking
is free.
We are open 7 days a week and are open
at convenient times to allow you to workout
at times that suit you.
We operate on a booking basis. This helps
to keep the numbers down in the gym so
that its never too crowded and it gets
you to commit to your training.
