Nutrition is a varied area and there
are so many reasons for people to eat
many different ways and different types
of foods. At Flames Fitness we have a
close look at all our members' eating
habits and provide advice to help them
meet their specific goals.
At Flames fitness we recommend a balanced diet of 5 small meals a
day including between 5 to 9 serves of fresh fruit and vegetables
per day. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies have been shown to
contribute to nearly every aspect of human health, from immune
system strength to cancer; heart disease; and eye sight, just to
name a few. If our clients are unable to achieve optimal intake from
fresh produce we can recommend supplementation.
