Flames Fitness provides a wide variety of fully commercial, top quality high-tech cardio equipment such as Incline Trainer treadmills, x-trainers, bikes, climbers, Ski Ergs and rowers.
We also use boxing bags and fitness balls where required, with each of our locations equipped with a full array of boxing equipment.
Change Rooms
Our male and female change rooms provide showers and plenty of space for changing and hanging your clothes.Items that need to be secured such as mobile phones and wallets can be held at the front counter if required.
Strength Equipment
We have a mix of pin-loaded strength machines and free weights.Free weights facilitate stability and balance in the joints being exercised. This ensures the correct muscle groups are being trained and that there is no incorrect stress on your body.
Close supervision by your trainer ensures the correct use of all of our equipment and ensures your safety.
Car Parking
All of our locations have Free parking available at the door.
Creche
Flames fitness Nth Lyneham has a Creche that operates 3 mornings a week strictly on a booking basis.
